How do I get the salon I work at to be taken over by Tabatha? Like, this is a serious question - the place is jank.

Woah. I can’t believe she would touch your things. I’m glad my salon is one where everyone is treated of equal status… No one is “above” anyone else. I would not do well if someone tried to boss me around.

Yeah, it just is hard for everyone because their is a huge confusion of power. One girl is a team lead and another is a manager and then there are 2 owners, of which only one ever actually comes to this location. And I am a manager, but only of the guest service team and I don’t have any authority apparently… so it’s all really confusing and I don’t have a very dominant personality when most of the other girls do AND I hate confrontation ;n; so it is difficult for me to even express my qualms with them. The main reason I will be quitting in a few weeks is because of the crappy treatment I’ve endured from a lot of the “higher ups” :\ It has really set a bad taste in my mouth for working in this industry, as much as I love it… I’m sure there are some really amazing salons with friendlier atmospheres out there. I think I will take a break for now though and try out something else for a while and then maybe come back to it later ;_; Because I do love the beauty industry~
